Skate rentals available for $5 through Bismarck Parks and Rec. Rentals are picked up and paid for in the lobby between VFW Rinks 2 and 3.

By participating in the above-mentioned "event", any and all skaters/participants release, discharge, and covenant not to sue, the United States Figure Skating Association dba Learn to Skate USA® and/or Bismarck Figure Skating Club, their directors, officers, administrators, sponsors, volunteers, agents, employees, staff, instructors, trainers, other participants as well as  owners and lessors of premises on which the "event" takes place. In addition, each skater/participant acknowledges the Bismarck Figure Skating Club, Learn to Skate Program, and Bismarck Parks and Recreation staff have the right, but not obligation, to provide rules, regulations and/or ice monitors for the "event."
